Inside secret nuclear bunker just 15 minutes from Cheltenham Racecourse
A secret nuclear bunker, designed to protect government officials from a nuclear attack, is located in Ullenwood, a Cotswold village about 15 minutes from Cheltenham Racecourse. Ullenwood, along with a bunker in Hope Cove, Devon, was to serve as the government's South West headquarters in the event of nuclear war.
