Izdavanje plaža zatalasalo odnose u Vladi Crne Gore i sa lokalnim stanovništvom

The introduction of new tender rules for beach rentals in Montenegro, which tripled prices, has caused tension between the government and local residents. The rules, implemented by the government led by Prime Minister Milojković, have faced strong opposition, particularly in Ulcinj, a city with a majority Albanian population. Locals argue that the new prices make it impossible to operate profitably and claim the government did not consult them. The government, however, maintains that the new rules aim to bring order to the sector, which it describes as semi-criminal. Minister Radunović stated that in Ulcinj, beach rentals were previously paid at half the actual price. A legal challenge has been filed against the tender rules, and the situation remains unresolved.
