Just Eat stalker faked food delivery to try to get into woman's home

Zaid Muhammad told the victim he was lonely when he followed her home one day.

Zaid Muhammad, a 27-year-old Just Eat delivery driver from Dunfermline, stalked a woman after delivering food to her home. He faked a food delivery to gain entry, followed her home, and on one occasion, waited outside her home before following her to the door. He claimed to be lonely and asked to enter her home, unaware her boyfriend was inside. CCTV footage showed him waiting in a car and following her home. On Christmas Eve, he appeared at her door with food, showed a receipt, and was refused entry. Depute fiscal Brogan Moffat outlined the background, including the woman’s previous orders from Dario’s in Cowdenbeath, where Muhammad worked. The case highlights Muhammad’s repeated uninvited visits and attempts to enter her home.
