Donald Trump presides over release of thousands of pages of documents
Recently released JFK assassination files, totaling over 63,000 pages, reveal the KGB considered Lee Harvey Oswald a "poor shot" and believed he was never a KGB agent. The files also detail Oswald's visits to the Soviet and Cuban embassies in Mexico City prior to the assassination, including intercepted communications with a KGB officer. While some files remain unreleased, the release is considered "an encouraging start."
