The long-awaited return of the crime series "Kommissar Rex" is set to air in spring 2025, with six episodes produced by Sat.1 and ORF in Vienna. The iconic police dog Rex, known for his crime-solving skills, will now team up with new human partners: Maximilian Brückner as Kommissar Max Steiner and Ferdinand Seebacher as Inspector Felix Burger. The series, which originally aired from 1986 to 2004 and later in an Italian adaptation, is expected to continue its successful legacy.
