Annie Kilner, wife of Kyle Walker, was fined £198 and given three penalty points for using her phone while driving her Mercedes. She was initially charged with driving while using her mobile phone, but the charge was substituted with driving a motor vehicle while not having proper control. She already had six points on her license and faces a driving ban if she accumulates 12. She was also ordered to pay £400 prosecution costs and a £79 victim surcharge.
