A study by Global Contact reveals that the proportion of women graduating in scientific and technical fields in France is stagnating, with a resurgence of gender biases cited as a primary obstacle. In 2021, women represented only 19% of digital graduates in France, lagging behind the European average. While feminization is improving slightly in short-cycle and bachelor's programs, it is stagnating or worsening in engineering. The report calls for mobilization and information campaigns to address the biases.
