Le nombre de femmes diplômées des formations scientifiques et techniques stagne en France, les biais sexistes pointés
A study by Global Contact reveals that the proportion of women graduating in scientific and technical fields in France is stagnating, with a resurgence of gender biases cited as a primary obstacle. While feminization is improving slightly in short-cycle and bachelor's programs, it is stagnating or worsening in engineering. The report calls for mobilization and information campaigns to address the biases.
