Traffic at Gare du Nord in Paris progressively resumed on March 7, 2025, after a World War II bomb was discovered in Saint-Denis, causing significant disruptions including Eurostar, TGV, RER, and TER train cancellations. Demining operations caused the closure of parts of the highway A1 and the périphérique. While services were initially suspended, some trains on lines H, K, and RER B began running again. Eurostar added limited services on Friday evening and planned a return to normal service on Saturday. The incident impacted around 500 trains.
