Leader of cultlike Zizians linked to 6 killings is due in a Maryland court

Jack Lasota, 34, the leader of the cult-like Zizians group linked to six killings across three states, along with Michelle Zajko, 32, and Daniel Blank, 26, is scheduled for a bail hearing at Allegany District Court in Cumberland, Maryland. The trio was arrested in Frostburg, Maryland, and is being held in a county detention center. Maryland State Police are collaborating with federal law enforcement and the Office of the State’s Attorney in Allegany County. The Zizians, a group of young, highly intelligent computer scientists with anarchist beliefs, have been tied to violent acts.
