The Ferrari drivers touched at the start of the Chinese GP, with damage sustained to Leclerc’s front-wing
Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc were disqualified from the Chinese Grand Prix after post-race checks revealed Hamilton's skid block was below minimum thickness and Leclerc's car was underweight. This wiped out their sixth and fifth place finishes and impacted their championship points. The disqualification does not affect Hamilton's sprint race victory. Leclerc and Hamilton had a minor collision on lap one, damaging Leclerc's front wing.
