The first edition of TGL, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's new golf competition, has passed Lewis Hamilton by, despite the fact the F1 icon has invested in the project
Lewis Hamilton forgot about his financial investment in Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's new golf competition, TGL, despite being one of its investors. The event, which Hamilton was unaware of during a recent interview, is the brainchild of Woods and McIlroy, along with NBC Sports executive Mike McCarley. Hamilton, who also invests in fashion, music, art, and other ventures, including the Denver Broncos and a plant-based burger chain, likely overlooked the event due to his busy schedule with Ferrari and other commitments. Meanwhile, former F1 team owner Eddie Jordan criticized Ferrari's decision to replace Carlos Sainz with Hamilton, calling it "absolutely suicidal."
