The Central, District and Windrush lines are running with severe delays
London commuters experienced severe delays on multiple Tube lines (Northern, Central, Victoria) and the London Overground during both the morning and evening rush hours. The Northern line delays were due to a customer incident, while Central line delays stemmed from a signal failure. Delays and cancellations also affected Southeastern and Thameslink services due to a signalling fault at Slade Green. The Rotherhithe Tunnel is closed due to a broken-down vehicle.
