Jack Fincham, a former Love Island winner, successfully appealed his six-week prison sentence for dangerous dog offences. He was initially jailed after his dog bit a runner. A judge overturned the custodial sentence, finding it unjust, and instead extended Fincham's existing suspended sentence order (for an unrelated driving matter) by three months. The original sentence including fines and compensation remains.
