The road improvements will take place overnight for up to four weeks
Major roadworks on Mancunian Way, part of the Manchester-Salford Inner Ring Roads, will last four weeks, with overnight closures between 7pm and 5am. Resurfacing begins on March 3, starting with the eastbound carriageway from River Street to Fairfield Street, followed by the westbound lane from Fairfield Street to Upper Brook Street. Closures may start slightly later on March 7, 10, 14, and 19 due to major events. The works will not take place on weekends.
