Remains found at the Prairie Green landfill in Winnipeg have been confirmed as belonging to Morgan Harris, one of the Indigenous women murdered by Jeremy Skibicki in 2022. The search for Harris' remains began in December after being authorized last year, and the province has confirmed that two sets of remains were recovered, with further information to follow. The remains of Marcedes Myran are also believed to be in the landfill.
