MEC Chief Elections Officer Andrew Mpesi Arrested Over Alleged Abuse of Office

Police have arrested Malawi Electoral Commission-MEC-Chief Elections Officer, Andrew Mpesi in Lilongwe. His private lawyer, Chrispine Ndalama, says Mpesi has since been taken to Lingadzi Police Station from the national police headquarters.
