A new search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 has begun off the coast of Australia, led by Ocean Infinity, a company that previously conducted unsuccessful searches in 2018. The search, which is using advanced technology including a deep-sea support ship and autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), is focused on an area approximately 1,500 km off the coast of Perth. The goal of the search is to locate the wreckage of the Boeing 777 and its black box, which could provide answers about the plane's fate. Ocean Infinity has a history of successful underwater recoveries, including the discovery of a long-lost submarine in 2019.
