Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | A total of 1,191 candidates who sat the 2025 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations will not receive their certificates, effectively blocking their progression to higher levels of education, the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has revealed.
