A recent EU drug survey reveals that most Cypriot drug users, particularly cannabis users, cite "stress relief" as a primary motivation. Cannabis is the most prevalent illegal drug in Cyprus, followed by cocaine and ecstasy. Cypriot youth lead Europe in legal drug use like e-cigarettes. Use of CBD and low-THC products is also increasing.
