Brian Ibe pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to the murder of Peter Kennedy. Witnesses at the trial testified that Kennedy, who had taken Ibe into his home, was "terrified" of Ibe, who demanded money, threatened to kill him, and threatened to slit his throat. Kennedy told friends that Ibe would shout at him for money, wake him up demanding money, and that Ibe threatened to stab him. The trial continues.
