W tym roku powinny się zakończyć prace nad nowym obiektem wystawienniczo-edukacyjnym, który znajduje się na terenie muzeum w Treblince, gdzie Niemcy zgładzili kilkaset tysięcy Żydów.
A new museum pavilion is being constructed at the Treblinka Museum site, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, totaling 45.8 million zł, with 43.5 million zł allocated for construction. The pavilion, set to open in July 2027, will feature a permanent exhibition in collaboration with the Jewish Historical Institute. Additionally, a "Wall of Memory" near the pavilion will display names of victims, with over 100,000 confirmed names, aiming to honor the approximately 900,000 Jewish victims of Treblinka.
