The Neponset River flooded the Milton trolley station, suspending Mattapan Line services at 7:40 a.m. Milton fire officials rescued the trolley's operator and six passengers using rescue rafts. The flooding caused power issues, with water levels reaching two to three feet. Shuttle buses replaced trolley service until regular service resumed with delays around 1:35 p.m.
