North Lanarkshire Council will retain its three arms' length organisations - Fusion Assets, North Lanarkshire Properties, and Routes to Work - following a review initiated during the 2024 budget process. Councillors unanimously agreed, based on a recommendation from council officers and a review board, that retaining these externalized services was the best option. Each organization will produce an action plan by the end of June.
