The Cat House, a non-profit animal rescue group, received a kitten via Lalamove delivery from a sender in Calamba, Laguna to General Trias, Cavite. The group, which is not a funded shelter, reminded the public that they cannot accept unsolicited animals due to limited resources. They contacted the sender and instructed the Lalamove rider to return the kitten, while also noting that Lalamove's policy prohibits the transport of live animals. Lalamove reiterated its policy against animal transport, citing safety and vehicle limitations.
