To improve Alberta's auto insurance system, the province should eliminate lawsuits and rate caps, reduce red tape, combat auto theft, address predatory towing practices, drop the hidden health levy and insurance premium tax on policies, and allow a competitive market to create affordability. These changes aim to attract insurers back to Alberta and benefit drivers.
