In February, the automotive industry was Turkey's top exporting sector, generating approximately $3 billion in revenue. Overall, industry sector exports decreased by 1.3% to $14.7 billion. Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom were the top three export destinations. The cities with the highest export volumes were Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Bursa. The jewelry sector saw the largest increase in exports, at 79.1%.
