Patrick Drahi has signed a peace agreement with SFR's creditors, resulting in a historic financial restructuring. After facing challenges following the arrest of his associate and the financial struggles of Altice, Drahi managed to reduce SFR's 24 billion euro debt by 8.6 billion euros in exchange for 45% of the company's capital. He retains a 55% stake, maintaining control.
