Two Russian divers died during a diving trip off the coast of the Philippines. The incident occurred near the city of Batangas in a popular diving area. Due to strong currents, the two divers were separated from their group and drifted away. Rescue teams later recovered their bodies. One of the divers was found in the mouth of a shark, but it was unclear whether the shark attack caused the death or if the diver was already deceased when the shark approached.
