The acquisition includes agreements with Kraken and 2628860, involving cash payments, common shares, exploration expenditures, and a 1.5% net smelter return royalty for each. The expanded property surrounds the Cross Lake Minerals VMS zone and aims to explore the Rhyolite Package for copper, zinc, silver, and gold.
