Police say officers remain in the area following the incident where a member of the public assisted a 'distressed' young girl.
Police are searching for a white male in his early 40s, around 6 feet tall, with a slim build, following a reported assault on a distressed young girl in Rex Park, Dunfermline, on Sunday, March 16th, around 4:55 pm. The girl was reportedly uninjured. Police are urging the man involved to come forward and are appealing to the public for information.
