Peru's Congress's Labor Commission approved a bill allowing the 100% withdrawal of CTS (severance pay) deposits until December 31, 2026. This follows the expiration of a previous authorization at the end of 2024. Thirteen proposals were presented to allow access to the CTS, including one that restricted withdrawals to women and others that consider climate change and political instability.
