The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) anticipates the return of several American companies to the Russian market in the second quarter. However, the process will not be straightforward, as many market gaps have already been filled by other companies. American businesses are estimated to have lost over $300 billion since leaving Russia, with the largest losses in the IT and media sectors ($123 billion), followed by consumer goods and healthcare ($94 billion), finance ($71 billion), industry ($26 billion), and energy ($10 billion). The total losses amount to approximately $324 billion, with many assets sold at significantly reduced prices.
