Russian tourists in Dubai claim they 'know all about war so carry on sunbathing'

Guests fled the famous Palm Jumeirah Fairmont Hotel which was engulfed in flames over the weekend, but some Russian tourists saw it as a chance to enjoy an empty beach with one quipping "it's a blast"
