Skyharbour’s Partner North Shore Uranium Signs Exploration Agreement with English Rivers First Nation
North Shore Uranium, a partner of Skyharbour Resources (TSX-V: SYH), has signed an exploration agreement with the English River First Nation (ERFN) for its Falcon property in Saskatchewan. The agreement outlines collaboration areas between ERFN and North Shore. North Shore can acquire an 80% interest in Falcon by issuing shares, making cash payments to Skyharbour, and incurring exploration expenditures. North Shore has identified 36 uranium targets at Falcon, including near-surface uranium mineralization at two drill targets. The company prioritizes assessing the potential for an economic uranium deposit in the southeastern portion of the property. Falcon is located near the Key Lake uranium mill.
