Sofiane Tekeya : Le dossier des terrains de la zone touristique de Mahdia transmis à la justice

Minister Sofiane Tekeya has announced that the dossier regarding expropriated and diverted land in the Mahdia tourism zone has been referred to the judiciary. This decision followed a parliamentary question raised by Deputy Ahmed Bennour and a petition from citizens highlighting irregularities. An administrative investigation uncovered suspicions of favoritism and manipulation in land allocation, leading to judicial intervention. The minister also stated that a decision to reclaim improperly allocated parcels would be made next week, emphasizing transparency and equitable land management in the tourism sector.
