Sondaż dla „Rzeczpospolitej”: Działania Donalda Trumpa nie pozwalają Polakom spać spokojnie
A survey by Rzeczpospolita, conducted by IBRiS, reveals that 56.9% of Poles feel unsafe due to Donald Trump's actions concerning the end of the war in Ukraine, while 29.2% feel safer, and 6.6% are undecided. Those feeling unsafe are more likely to be women, people in their 40s, residents of smaller towns, and those with higher education. Politically, 79% of supporters of the ruling coalition (KO, Trzecia Droga, Lewica) and 63% of undecided voters feel unsafe. Experts, including Gen. Mirosław Różański, warn about signals from Trump's administration suggesting potential territorial concessions to Russia, which could affect Ukraine's NATO membership. Różański cautions against trusting Putin's desire for peace, suggesting it might be strategic. The discussion also touches on Poland's potential role in supporting Ukraine through military and logistical means, as suggested by Gen. Jarosław Gromadziński.
