Stewartry woman takes the helm as chair of Rare Breeds Survival Trust Scotland

Rebecca McLellan who keeps rare Castlemilk Moorit sheep at her farm near Rockcliffe has taken on the role.



Rebecca McLellan, a Stewartry woman and Castlemilk Moorit sheep farmer, has been elected Chair of Rare Breeds Survival Trust (RBST) Scotland. She will lead the group's activities in promoting and conserving rare native livestock and equine breeds in Scotland, focusing on encouraging farmers and smallholders to choose rare native breeds.
