Avon and Somerset Police were called to the superstore in Avonmouth, Bristol
A teenage boy has been arrested on suspicion of spraying people with a homemade chilli spray at a Costco superstore in Avonmouth, Bristol. The store was evacuated during the police investigation. The teenager is charged with attempting to cause grievous bodily harm and administering a noxious substance. The liquid is believed to be a homemade chilli spray without strong acid or alkaline ingredients.
