Telegram founder Pavel Durov, arrested in France in August 2024 and facing investigation for alleged complicity in facilitating organized fraud, illegal transactions, and CSAM sharing on Telegram, has been allowed to leave France after the investigating judge modified his supervision conditions. He had previously been required to remain in France, pay bail, and check in with police regularly.
