Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the automated trading software, dashboard, and worker routines (collectively, the “Service”) operated by [Company Name / Platform Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By selecting the acknowledgment checkbox and clicking “Launch Free Trial & Start Worker”, or by continuing to use the Service, you signify your irrevocable agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service & Non-Custodial Nature
1.1. Software Automation Only: The Service provides an algorithmic execution interface (“worker”) designed to connect to supported third-party brokerage and exchange accounts (including, but not limited to, Dzengi.com) via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
1.2. Strictly Non-Custodial: The Service does not accept, custody, take possession of, or hold client deposits, cash, fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, or tokenized securities. All balances and assets remain exclusively within your account at your authorized broker.
1.3. No Transfer Permissions: The Service operates strictly without withdrawal or asset-transfer capabilities.
2. Account Registration & API Key Security
2.1. Registration Accuracy: You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information during signup (including your legal name, country of residence, and valid email address).
2.2. Restricted API Permissions: You agree NEVER to supply API credentials with “Withdrawal” or “Funds Transfer” authorizations enabled. You must configure your broker API permissions strictly for Read/Information and Trade/Order Execution only.
2.3. Key Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and monitoring all automated orders sent to your broker.
3. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
3.1. Technical Tooling: We are a technical software provider. We are not registered as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or financial intermediary with any regulatory authority.
3.2. User Sole Responsibility: No content or software routine constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading parameters, risk levels, and bot worker configurations are executed at your sole direction and risk.
4. Risk Disclosures & Clarification of “Risk-Free”
4.1. Financial & Market Risks: Trading tokenized assets, cryptocurrencies, stocks, foreign exchange, and derivative contracts involves substantial risk of loss. You may sustain a partial or complete loss of your funds.
4.2. Clarification of “Risk-Free Trial”: Any promotional statement referring to a “Risk-Free Trial” pertains solely to software access fees (i.e., you are not charged software subscription fees during the trial period). It does NOT denote or imply risk-free market trading, nor does it guarantee profits or protection against market depreciation.
4.3. Technical Execution Latency: We do not guarantee uninterrupted system availability. We accept no liability for losses resulting from broker API outages, internet downtime, network latency, order slippage, or erroneous exchange feeds.
5. Free Trials, Revocation & Termination
5.1. Trial Access: Free trial periods begin upon worker launch and terminate according to the stated trial duration. We reserve the right to limit or terminate trial accounts at our sole discretion.
5.2. User Revocation: You retain the ability to stop software execution at any moment by deleting your worker inside the dashboard or directly revoking the API key permissions within your broker’s account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of [Jurisdiction / Country], excluding its conflicts of law principles.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how [Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, encrypts, and handles your personal information when you sign up for our automated trading worker platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide, secure, and run our algorithmic worker software:
- Account Information: Full name, email address, password (stored solely as cryptographic hashes), and country of residence.
- Broker API Credentials: Designated broker name (e.g., Dzengi.com), Broker API Key, and Broker Secret / Security Key.
- Technical & Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser information, session timestamps, and operational status logs of trade calls dispatched via your API.
2. How We Handle & Protect API Keys
2.1. Cryptographic Protection: API keys and secrets are stored in encrypted databases using strong encryption standards (AES-256 or equivalent) both at rest and in transit.
2.2. Functional Isolation: API keys are accessed exclusively by automated background workers strictly to query broker balances and dispatch user-instructed order requests.
2.3. Zero Withdrawal Policy: Our platform architecture does not require, accept, or process keys with withdrawal permissions.
3. How We Use Collected Data
- To register, authenticate, and manage your account.
- To execute trade signals and algorithmic worker routines via your broker.
- To deliver critical transactional notifications (such as broken API key alerts or service updates).
- To mitigate fraudulent access, abuse, and technical failures.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Information is shared solely under the following conditions:
- Target Brokerages: Operational API commands are transmitted directly to your chosen broker (e.g., Dzengi.com) to execute trades. Interactions with the broker are subject to the broker’s own terms and privacy rules.
- Infrastructure Providers: We use reputable cloud providers, hosting environments, and transactional email processors who are contractually bound to safeguard your data.
- Legal Obligations: Where required by lawful requests from public authorities, regulatory bodies, or court orders.
5. Retention & Erasure
You can stop our access to your broker at any time by revoking your API credentials inside your broker account or by deleting your worker inside our platform. You may request full account and data erasure by writing to our support desk.
6. International Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (such as the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may possess legal rights including access, rectification, objection to processing, data portability, and erasure of your personal data.
