TikToker “Duabo King” arrested for spreading false claims about Kumasi police officers

A 45-year-old social media content creator has been arrested by the Ashanti Regional Police Command for allegedly publishing false information about police officers on TikTok — content he later admitted he fabricated purely to drive views and engagement. Isaac Boafo, popularly known online as "Duabo King," was picked up by officers from the Police Intelligence Directorate (Ashanti Region) following a viral TikTok video in which he claimed four officers stationed at the Central Police Station in Kumasi had engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct with commercial sex workers during night patrol duties at Asafo.
