President Tinubu launched the Nigerian Youth Academy (NiYA) to equip Nigerian youths with skills for global competitiveness. NiYA will focus on education, economic empowerment, and leadership, aiming to address Nigeria's low human capital index and unemployment. NiYA plans to train millions of young Nigerians in digital literacy, technical skills, entrepreneurship, and creative industries. The initiative also provides start-up funds to young entrepreneurs.
