Tommy Robinson loses bid to bring legal challenge over prison segregation

Robinson is currently in prison at HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes.

Tommy Robinson, serving an 18-month sentence for contempt of court, lost a High Court bid to challenge his segregation at HMP Woodhill. He argued the segregation, due to threats to his safety, was harming his mental health. The Ministry of Justice stated the segregation was for Robinson's protection. The judge dismissed Robinson’s claim, stating it was “not arguable” and that his conditions were not solitary confinement, highlighting his access to a laptop, social calls, and the gym. Robinson is scheduled for release in July and faces further legal proceedings.
