We don't want to hear about the never-ending construction and transit closures, we want to hear about the cute animals!Yep, the news cycle can be pretty daunting these days, but I'm here to shake it up with the best news ever: High Park Zoo, a free public attraction at the city's famous urban park, had a public vote on what to name its new Highland cow calf. And it's adorable. The zoo went to the people of Toronto to source out the best name for their fuzzy new friend, with the vote coming down to three choices. Poppy, Winnie and Molly McMoo were the finalists, and ultimately, Molly McMoo came out on top."It was a close race, with Molly McMoo getting 43 per cent of the votes. Poppy came in second, and Winnie in third," shared High Park Zoo in their post introducing Molly McMoo on Thursday.
