Predsednica Evropske komisije Ursula fon der Lajen istakla je danas, u razgovoru sa specijalnim američkim izaslanikom za Ukrajinu i Rusiju Kitom Kelogom, da svako rešenje za konflikt mora poštovati nezavisnost, suverenitet i teritorijalni integritet Ukrajine, uz snažne bezbednosne garancije.
Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, underscored that any resolution to the Ukraine conflict must uphold the country's independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and include robust security assurances. Following discussions with the U.S. Special Envoy, she highlighted the EU's commitment to collaborate with the U.S. to halt hostilities and achieve a just, lasting peace for Ukraine. The EU has allocated €135 billion in support, including €52 billion in military aid, and plans to enhance defense production and expenditure to bolster both European and Ukrainian military capacities.
