President Donald Trump announced that the United States will extradite a suspect linked to the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks to India for trial. The suspect, believed to be Canadian-Pakistani citizen Tahawwur Rana, was involved in the attacks that killed 166 people. India accuses the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba group, though Pakistan denies involvement.
