Deepanker Khosla (34) chef je i vlasnik restorana Haoma u Bangkoku, kojeg krasi i Michelinova zvjezdica i, još važnije, zelena zvjezdica, koja označava spoj gastronomije i održivosti. Khosla je u Tajlandu je uspio stvoriti zelenu oazu usred urbanoga kaosa: Haomu, vrhunski neoindijski restoran s društveno i ekološki odgovornim srcem i eksplozivnim okusima.
