Case is one of five involving Mr Cosgrave, Mr Hickey and another minority shareholder, David Kelly, being heard by Mr Justice Michael Twomey in High Court trial
The Web Summit civil case, involving Paddy Cosgrave, Daire Hickey, and David Kelly, was adjourned after "positive" talks between parties. The judge urged a mediated settlement, suggesting it's preferable to a lengthy trial and appeals. Hickey and Kelly seek to have Cosgrave buy out their shares. Hickey alleges Cosgrave oppressed his minority shareholder rights and breached a profit-sharing agreement, also claiming Cosgrave weaponized a sexual harassment complaint to force him out of the company.
