PFAS "forever chemicals" are a widespread danger linked to health problems like cancer and birth defects. Despite the risks, the EPA has encouraged using PFAS-contaminated sewage sludge on farmland. The only solution is to stop producing PFAS entirely, reduce their use in products, filter them from water, and clean up existing contamination.
