Where in London would you pay the highest and lowest amount of council tax?

London's council tax bills are set to rise in 2025/26, with most boroughs planning a near 5% increase. Boroughs like Bexley, Brent, and Bromley are among those expecting hikes. Kensington and Chelsea, a Tory-run council, will increase by 4% and offer £50 to 15,000 low-income residents. Kingston, run by the Lib Dems, remains the most expensive, with a 4.99% rise to £2,488, due to significant debt. The cheapest rates are yet to be finalized and will be updated.
